This is a vertical mouse that allows the user to mouse in a vertical position and avoids forearm twisting. Please measure your hand by turning your hand over and looking at the palm of your hand and measure from the first crease on the wrist to the tip of the middle finger.  If you hand is greater than 178mm use this size.
